About ELECTROMAGNETIC SIEVE SHAKER
ES-201 Logic Electromagnetic Sieve Shaker is a high-performance particle size analysis instrument designed for accurate and reproducible sieving of powders, granules, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food products, minerals, and laboratory samples. Equipped with a 7-inch touch screen display, the system offers advanced programmable operation modes including Continuous, Intermittent, and Logic Mode for precise control over the sieving process.
The instrument accommodates up to 8 sieves of 200 mm diameter or 16 sieves of 100 mm diameter, making it suitable for a wide range of laboratory and industrial applications. Its electromagnetic drive system generates a controlled throwing motion with angular momentum, ensuring efficient particle separation and highly reliable results.
Featuring programmable shake time (199 minutes), 20 power levels, and digital amplitude control from 0.2 to 2.5 mm, the ES-201 Logic delivers superior flexibility for different material types. The system supports a measuring range of 20 m to 10 mm, offers data storage for up to 20 test results, and can be connected to an external printer via USB interface for documentation and traceability.
